基于星载AIS信息的船舶模拟训练平台

针对传统大型三维视景模拟训练系统存在的真实感差、成本高、人工干预程度大等问题,构建了一种基于星载自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)信息的船舶模拟训练平台。该平台引入星载AIS数据提取实船静动态消息,经数据清洗、插值和融合后生成完整航线,能够用AIS真实数据驱动二维电子海图显示,生成三维视景。平台集成多元电子海图数据源,提供融合AIS和雷达目标信息的二次开发接口。在保证航行安全的前提下,船舶态势形成追越、会遇局面时,模拟船能够自动完成车舵操作并给出相应的灯光音响信号。该平台能够为复杂条件下航行与编队运动训练课目提供基础支撑。     

Analyzing the Market for Imported Cheese in Mexico

Rapid growth of U.S. dairy exports to Mexico began even before the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and has been fueled by rapid population increases coupled with an expanding Mexican economy. This study uses a nonlinear approximate almost ideal demand system (NLAIDS) to estimate own and cross-price elasticities in the Mexican cheese import market to better understand market behavior and to assess the comparative position of the UnitedStates relative to other cheese market participants. Results of this study imply that attributes of cheese play a strong role in the composition of Mexican cheese import market.     

Measuring market power in the French Comte cheese market

A new empirical industrial organisation approach is used tomeasure seller market power in the French Comté cheesemarket, characterised by government-approved supply control.The estimation is performed on quarterly data at the wholesalestage over the period 1985–2005. Three different elasticityshifters are included in the demand specification, and the supplyequation accounts for the existence of the European dairy quotapolicy. The market power estimate is small and statisticallyinsignificant. Monopoly is clearly rejected. Results appearto be robust to the choice of functional form and suggest littleeffect of the supply control scheme on consumer prices.     

基于UML的车船器材仓库模拟训练系统分析

利用信息技术手段进行车船器材仓库岗位培训,是快速有效地提高仓库保障人员业务能力的重要途径。通过对车船器材仓库主要业务分析,确定科学的岗位训练目标和训练方法,基于UML统一建模语言建立车船器材仓库模拟训练系统模型,准确地描述了系统的需求、结构和行为等方面特性,对系统的开发具有重要的作用。     

国际信用评级机构的功能扭曲与改革前景

从理论上看，以标普、穆迪和惠誉为代表的国际信用评级机构的存在可以起到降低社会经济成本和优化资源配置的作用。然而，目前国际信用评级机构仍然存在着一些功能扭曲的表现，如“三大”评级机构反应的迟钝，使其可信性遭到市场广泛质疑；“三大”评级机构反应的过度，加剧了金融市场调整；“三大”评级模式隐含的利益倾向，违背了信用评级的独立与公正。整顿和规制国际评级机构，必须改革现行的评级模式和模拟评级程序，实现评级市场的竞争化与评级主体的多元化。     

ERP沙盘辅助教学信息系统的设计

ERP沙盘模拟课程是一门锻炼学生自主式、协作式学习的综合性课程，它采用团队形式组织的模拟体验式教学模式，以学生为主体、教师为主导。该文简单介绍ERP沙盘辅助教学信息系统的开发设计过程，指出该系统的创新在于将ERP模拟沙盘和ERP电子沙盘结合起来，能节省人力和设备资源，丰富教学手段和教学内容。     

Available Sheep Cheese Supply Chain: Governance System of Channels in the Badia of Jordan

Based on field research in the Badia of Jordan and the first of its kind, this study specifically addresses the supply chain, marketing trends available to Badia farmers, the governance system that impact farmers, and the challenges facing them. Available cheese chains included Safeway and Civic Consumer Corporation chains as inaccessible by Badia farmers and wholesalers and Tal Arrimah (TA) Factory chains as accessible by Badia farmers. The data was elicited from archives, semistructured interviews, PRA (Participatory Rapid Appraisal), and survey with 118 participants carried out during the months of March–June 2007. The new trends have driven new organizational and institutional changes that led to the rise and use of contracts. Contracts varied in their attributes of delivery, prices, risk management, and provision of services such as credit and technical assistance. For the TA Factory, contracts remained unwritten and informal and did not set substantial requirements for technology upgrading and investment. The study recommends initiating written contracts for the benefit of the farmers as well as that of produce quality and standards.     

基于优化RBF神经网络的无线室内定位

针对径向基函数（Radial Basis Function,RBF）神经网络算法在无线网络室内定位中拓扑结构和网络参数难以确定,其定位效果不理想的问题,提出了一种用核主成分分析的模糊C均值聚类算法（Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm based on Kernel Principal Component Analysis,KPCA-FCM）和模拟退火自适应遗传算法（Simulated Annealing adaptive Genetic Algorithm,SAGA）优化RBF神经网络的无线室内定位算法。首先利用KPCA对原始训练数据样本进行数据预处理,再通过KPCA-FCM算法计算出最优聚类数目和聚类中心点;其次将聚类数目和聚类中心点作为隐含层神经元个数和中心值,创建RBF神经网络,并将其网络参数映射到SAGA算法中;再次由SAGA算法进行网络参数寻优,把最优的解映射回RBF神经网络;最后利用样本数据对RBF神经网络进行训练和测试,完成建立RBF神经网络算法模型。实验表明,在相同的环境中,所提算法比传统RBF神经网络定位精度提高了48.41%。

商业银行跨业经营保险在理论上具有规模经济效应、范围经济效应和协同效应,但也可能带来经营风险的增加。采取模拟合并法,利用2005～2009年的数据对我国商业银行跨业经营保险的风险收益状况进行实证分析,结果表明：银行跨业经营保险具有风险分散效果,且一定比例的产险业务对于银行跨业经营保险达到最佳效果是必需的,建议通过对保险业务资产比重进行限制来防止银行因追求收益而增加自身的风险。
